It manages student welfare, housing, discipline, and extracurricular activities. Their goal is to support students\u2019 personal growth, ensure a safe campus environment, and serve as their advocate when navigating university policies and standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Student Welfare &amp; Support such as \u00a0health services, disability accommodations, and personal counseling to ensure overall student well-being<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Overseeing and coordinating Housing &amp; Residence Life both On campus and off-campus housing guidelines, and resolving roommate conflicts.<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing\u00a0Student Conduct &amp; Discipline with the help of \u00a0institutional codes of conduct, and handling behavioral or academic integrity issues.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Supporting student government (like the students&#8217; guild), clubs, sports, and recreational programs.<\/li>\n<li>Advocacy &amp; Conflict Resolution: Serving as a primary liaison between students and the university administration to address grievances or personal crises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Dean of Students office oversees students experience on the College campus.
