One of the Directors Dr. Otieno Charles Alphonse (PhD) is a seasoned educationist with a vast experience in secondary and university education. He is a senior lecturer who has worked in several universities in Uganda and Kenya. In Uganda, he has lectured at Busoga University, Kumi University, Lugazi University and Kampala University.
Currently, he is a Chair of department of Social Studies at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology in Kenya. He has and is an external Examiner for Mutesa I Royal University, Maseno University and Rongo University.
