Tropics College of Business and Management (TCBM) supported two members of its staff who attended the Uganda Library and Information Association two-day professional workshop at Das Berliner Hotel under the theme “Synthetic Synergies”. The workshop brought together library and information professionals, educators, researchers, records managers, and knowledge practitioners to explore innovative approaches to collaboration, emerging technologies, and the future of information services. The event provided a platform for participants to share experiences, exchange ideas, and develop practical strategies for leveraging digital innovation to enhance knowledge management, information access, and service delivery. Through presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities, the TCBM staff gained valuable insights into fostering partnerships and creating sustainable knowledge ecosystems in an increasingly digital world
