DEAN OF STUDENTS DEPARTMENT

The Dean of Students office oversees students experience on the College campus. It manages student welfare, housing, discipline, and extracurricular activities. Their goal is to support students’ personal growth, ensure a safe campus environment, and serve as their advocate when navigating university policies and standards.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing Student Welfare & Support such as  health services, disability accommodations, and personal counseling to ensure overall student well-being
  •  Overseeing and coordinating Housing & Residence Life both On campus and off-campus housing guidelines, and resolving roommate conflicts.
  • Enforcing Student Conduct & Discipline with the help of  institutional codes of conduct, and handling behavioral or academic integrity issues.
  •  Supporting student government (like the students’ guild), clubs, sports, and recreational programs.
  • Advocacy & Conflict Resolution: Serving as a primary liaison between students and the university administration to address grievances or personal crises.
